Frank Ubaldini
REALTOR®
Frank Ubaldini is a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty serving buyers and sellers throughout the Tampa Bay area. With more than a decade in real estate and a background built around leadership, communication, and helping people achieve their goals, Frank brings a straightforward, relationship-first approach to every client he serves.
Frank has extensive experience working with homeowners and has built much of his real estate career around the listing side of the business. As a former Listing Partner with The Gary and Nikki Team, he was the Clearwater Market Center's top listing agent for three of his four years in that role. That experience shaped his approach today: honest conversations, thoughtful pricing and positioning, consistent communication, strong negotiation, and a clear strategy designed around each client's goals.
Before entering real estate, Frank spent more than 25 years in the transportation industry managing people, customer relationships, and operations. That experience taught him that successful business ultimately comes down to people—understanding what matters to them, solving problems, communicating clearly, and doing what you say you're going to do.
Originally from Northeast Pennsylvania, Frank earned his degree in Business Administration from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, where he competed in both wrestling and football. He later lived in Southern New Jersey before making Florida home. Today, he is proud to serve the Tampa Bay community and help his clients navigate some of the biggest financial and personal decisions of their lives.
Frank's Christian faith is foundational to how he approaches both life and business. He views real estate as an opportunity to serve people, build genuine relationships, and use the gifts God has given him to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
For Frank, real estate isn't simply about selling houses. It's about serving people well, earning their trust, and helping them confidently move into whatever comes next.
